We specialize in inspection services, construction management, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, oil & gas exploration and production, energy regulatory permitting, business management and natural gas storage. Quality inspection processes have played a critical role in all these endeavors and serves as the template upon which Hybrid has built its services.
Shelley Thurman
Shelley Thurman has filled critical administrative and regulatory roles in established large energy companies, small technical enterprises and engineering management firms for more than 30 years. That long history of management expertise fits well into Hybrid’s determined goal to provide clients with document control, transparency and accuracy.
Michael Whitaker
As a Managing Member, Michael Whitaker brings 45 years of energy engineering experience to the Hybrid Team. That experience began in the exploration and production sector and has extended over new technical product development, product manufacturing, energy services, regulatory management plus development of natural gas storage facilities. He recognizes that aligning highly qualified engineers and inspectors with quality control is a key element of success.
Kevin Schulze
For the past 30 years Kevin Schulze has been involved in all phases of inspection services. His multiple certifications, knowledge of the industry and management skills serves Hybrid well in the Team’s goal to provide clients with high quality inspectors who present dependable and documentable inspection services.
David Drumheller
David Drumheller’s 20 years of business building, management and ingenuity underlies his important role as a Managing Member of Hybrid. Through his experiences David can relate to the client's needs and requirements to ensure that all phases of Hybrid’s services are completed at the highest level.
Justin Whitaker
Justin Whitaker combines a business and engineering education with 15 years of construction management and manufacturing experience. These skills combined with an eye toward process efficiency serves Justin well in all industrial management environments including his leading role in assuring Hybrid’s service and data quality.
